Chapter 435

The moment Harrison appeared, Isabella froze. "What is she doing here?"

Nathaniel's intense gaze locked onto Harrison as she approached.

Oliver immediately wrapped an arm around Harrison's slender waist. "There you are."

Margaret, Isabella, Penelope, and Victoria quickly formed a circle around Harrison, who looked more radiant than ever.

Margaret spoke first with thinly veiled contempt. "Harrison, why are you here? Don't tell me you're also here to see Dr. Sinclair? The doctor is quite famous, but I didn't realize housewives followed medical celebrities."

Harrison arched one perfect eyebrow. "Actually, yes. I'm here to see Dr. Sinclair."

Penelope scoffed loudly. "Even if you meet Dr. Sinclair, someone of your status would never hold the doctor's attention."

Harrison turned her piercing gaze toward Penelope. "And you think you will?"

"Obviously!" Penelope preened. "I'm a medical student, after all."

"Harrison, today is a historic occasion - the real Dr. Sinclair is in Willowbrook," Victoria interjected sharply. "This isn't the time for your usual attention-seeking antics. Don't embarrass the Whitmore family."

Harrison merely smiled without responding.

Oliver observed the Whitmore family with quiet amusement. Soon they would realize their monumental mistake.

Nathaniel's cold eyes narrowed. "You're here for Dr. Sinclair?"

Harrison nodded. "That's right."

Oliver checked his watch. "It's almost time. Dr. Sinclair should be making an entrance soon."

With a mysterious smile, Harrison excused herself. "If you'll excuse me."

She turned and walked away gracefully.

The moment Harrison was out of earshot, Isabella clung to Nathaniel's arm. "Nathaniel, I can tell she's scheming again. She must know Dr. Sinclair could help me and wants to sabotage it."

Margaret nodded vigorously. "We must ensure Dr. Sinclair stays away from her."

Nathaniel remained silent, his lips pressed into a thin line.

Oliver smirked. "When Dr. Sinclair appears, it's going to be quite the spectacle."

Harrison ascended to the second floor where she freshened up her makeup. Soon she would make her grand entrance as Dr. Sinclair.

She could already picture the shock on Margaret, Isabella, Penelope and Victoria's faces when they realized she wasn't just a simple housewife.

A waiter entered discreetly. "Ms. Whitmore, you may go out now."

Harrison stood gracefully. "Very well."

She moved toward the door, preparing for her dramatic reveal.

But as her hand touched the doorknob, she froze. Turning sharply to the waiter, her voice turned icy. "What did you just call me?"

He had addressed her as Ms. Whitmore, not Dr. Sinclair.

A dangerous glint flashed in Harrison's eyes as she advanced on the waiter. "Who sent you?"

Before she could finish, blinding pain exploded at the base of her skull. Darkness swallowed her vision as she collapsed.

"Get her out now," the waiter hissed.

Back in the grand hall, Nathaniel's group remained waiting. Isabella's phone chimed softly.

The message read simply: [Mission accomplished.]

A triumphant smile curled Isabella's lips.

"Nathaniel, I need to visit the ladies' room."

Nathaniel frowned. "Dr. Sinclair is about to appear. Why now?"

Though Dr. Sinclair was important, Isabella's secret plan took priority.

"I'm just nervous about meeting the doctor," Isabella lied smoothly. "I'll be quick. Don't worry - I'll return before the big moment!"
