Chapter 737

Isabella quietly retreated to her bedroom and immediately reached for her phone. Her fingers flew across the screen as she dialed Eleanor's number without a second thought.

She needed to strategize with Eleanor immediately—before Harrison completely took over her family.

The line connected after just two rings.

Eleanor's voice was razor-sharp. "Speak."

"Ms. Lancaster, we have a serious problem. Brittany was here earlier, practically glued to my father's side. If we don't act fast, they might end up giving me a new sibling," Isabella hissed, deliberately twisting the knife. She knew exactly how this would provoke Eleanor.

As predicted, Eleanor's tone turned icy. "Everything was perfect before Harrison reappeared. Now everything's spiraling out of control. Our priority must be eliminating Harrison first. Once she's gone, Henry will return to us."

Isabella's grip tightened around her phone. "You're absolutely right! Harrison is the real threat now."

A cold laugh escaped Eleanor. "Relax. I've already devised a plan to handle her."

A slow smile curved Isabella's lips. "I knew I could count on you."

Meanwhile, at the Falcon family estate...

Nathaniel was reviewing documents in his study when a firm knock interrupted him.

"Mr. Falcon," came Dominic's voice from the other side.

"Enter," Nathaniel commanded.

Dominic stepped inside, his expression grave. "Sir, we've confirmed the truth about Ms. Harrison and Mr. Oliver."

Victoria had previously informed Nathaniel that Harrison and Oliver's marriage was a sham. Nathaniel had ordered a thorough investigation, and now the results were in.

"Report," Nathaniel demanded.

"After extensive verification, we've established that Ms. Harrison has never been legally married to Mr. Oliver. She remains single."

Harrison and Oliver had never wed?

Harrison was actually unmarried!

Nathaniel shot to his feet, stunned. He couldn't comprehend why Harrison would deceive him about this.

Why the lie? Why hadn't she married Oliver in all these years?

"They have Charlotte together, and she's already three! Why wouldn't Harrison give her child a complete family?" Nathaniel's voice thickened with suspicion. Then a startling thought struck him. "Unless... Charlotte isn't Oliver's daughter?"

He immediately dismissed the idea.

"Impossible. Charlotte is clearly Oliver's child."

Nathaniel refused to hope. Hope only led to greater disappointment.

Dominic suggested quietly, "A simple DNA test would confirm whether Miss Charlotte is biologically yours."

Of course. Scientific proof would end all speculation.

Without hesitation, Nathaniel strode from the study and descended to the main floor.

In the grand living room, Victoria sat with Charlotte, who was diligently coloring a picture of three figures.

"Who are you drawing, sweetheart?" Victoria asked gently.

Charlotte beamed up at her. "It's me, Mommy, and Mr. Gorgeous!"

Victoria chuckled. "Why didn't you include your daddy?"

Charlotte's eyes sparkled with innocence. "I want Mr. Gorgeous to be my daddy! Then we can be a happy family forever."

Nathaniel's chest tightened as he watched the rosy-cheeked child. Charlotte adored him, and he'd grown impossibly fond of her—so much so that he yearned to be her father.

Even if she wasn't his by blood, he would gladly claim her as his own.
